Construction of Mumty's and Granite Skirting at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is procuring construction works for the building of Mumty's at the Office and Pavilion Building and fixing of granite skirting at the ground floor of Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. This project involves comprehensive civil works including dismantling brickwork, pacca brickwork with cement sand mortar, cement plastering, reinforced cement concrete roof slab construction, mild steel reinforcement fabrication, carriage of materials, installation of MS louvered doors, application of weather shield paint, laying of prepolished granite, and application of metallic floor hardener. The scope covers all materials, labor, and workmanship to be performed at the PCB Head Office site in Lahore. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, possess valid Income Tax and Provincial Tax registrations, and have experience of at least two similar works. Active taxpayer status and audited financial statements for the last financial year are also required. The bid security amount is PKR 210,000, payable via CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of PCB. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on July 6th, 2026, with the technical and financial proposals combined in a single envelope. The bid opening will be conducted online at 11:30 AM the same day.
