Construction of New Laboratory and Repair of Toilet Blocks at Mirpur University of Science and Technology

Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur AJK is inviting open tenders for civil works on schedule rates / market rates. The procurement is for two specific works at the MUST campus in Mirpur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Items being procured: - Construction of New Laboratory in Department of Pharmacy at City Campus (MUST), Mirpur AJK - Repair and Renovation of Two (02) Toilet Blocks at Abu Bakkar Hostel City Campus, MUST, Mirpur AJK The Engineer's cost estimates are Rs. 1,184,684 for the laboratory construction and Rs. 768,442 for the toilet block repairs. Deposits required are Rs. 23,694 and Rs. 15,369 respectively. Completion period for both works is 15 days. The tendering procedure follows Single Stage-One Envelope as per rules 36 (a) PPRA, AJK. Tender documents can be obtained before 25th September 2026 during working hours upon submission of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 per tender. Deposits or CDRs must be in favor of Director Works, MUST, Mirpur, AJK from any scheduled bank. Eligibility requires registered constructors/firms with PWD AJK and Pakistan Engineering Council for FY 2025-26 or those who have submitted renewal for FY 2026-27. Registration with Mirpur University of Science & Technology is mandatory. Firms with unsatisfactory performance, litigation history, or blacklisting are not eligible. Income tax, E.Cess, TQT, and other taxes will be applied as per prevailing laws of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
