Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Education Works (E) Division Larkano is procuring construction and repair works for new and old school buildings in Taluka Shahdadkot, Qubo Saeed Khan, and Sijawal Junejo within District Kamber Shahdadkot. This project includes construction at GBPS Dur Muhammad Magsi Taluka Qubo, GBPS Mevo Khan Brohi Taluka Qubo, and electrification works at GBPS Sardar Khan Jamali Taluka Shahdadkot. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 615,000** with funding from the Government of Sindh under the ADP 2025-26.
The technical scope covers civil construction of school buildings and electrical wiring works including wiring for light and fan points, plug points, laying PVC insulated copper conductors, fixing brass battern holders, ceiling roses, circuit breakers, switches, sockets, and AC electric ceiling fans. The work will be executed on site in Larkano and surrounding Talukas with a completion period of 15 months from the written order to commence.
Eligible bidders must have valid NTN, FBR and SRB registration, and experience in similar works executed in the last five years. PEC registration and electric inspectorate license for the concerned region are mandatory. Bidders should have an average annual financial turnover not less than the estimated cost during the last five years. Bid security of 5% of the bid amount is required along with a performance security of 5% from the successful bidder.
The deadline for submission is **7 days after the publish date**, with bids to be submitted at the Office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Electrical Division Larkano near High Court Building, CMC Road Larkano. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all corrections are initialed and documents properly signed and stamped. Earnest Money in the form of CDR must be attached as per the tender requirements.
