The Executive Engineer Building CWPP&H Department District Duki invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of an office building for AC Thal Chutiyal District Duki for the year 2026. The estimated cost is Rs. 29,064,039 based on the composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Office Building for AC Thal Chutiyal District Duki Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in the Active Taxpayer List and the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan or Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum value of Rs. 8,827,000 in the last 3 years showing financial capacity. The bidder must hold PEC C-5 and above up to 65 million relevant category and specialized code CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and CE11(i) for General Engineering Works only. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 3% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 3,000 as tender fee. The last date for bid submission is 12 November 2026 by 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned.
