The Balochistan Board Of Intermediate & Secondary Education Quetta invites eligible bidders for execution of construction works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of One Window Cell Changed Area The procurement follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit a bid security of 3% in the form of a Bank Guarantee or deposit at call of 3% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a tender fee of 1000 PKR. The issuance of tender documents starts from the publication date of this notice until 11 November 2026 during office hours on working days. Last date for bid submission is 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Bidders who downloaded the bidding documents before 30 October 2026 are required to download the amended bidding documents.
