Up-gradation of Middle Schools to High Schools District Larkano (03 Units) at GBLSS Gund Taluka Bakrani (Remaining Work)

The Education Works Division Larkano invites bids for the up-gradation of Middle Schools to High Schools in District Larkano, specifically for 03 units at GBLSS Gund Taluka Bakrani. This procurement is funded under the Provincial ADP 2026-27 scheme with an allocation of Rs. 133.840 Million. The scope of work includes comprehensive civil works and water supply and sanitary fittings as detailed in the Bill of Quantities. Items being procured: - Reinforced cement concrete work including roof slabs, beams, columns, lintels - Fabrication and fixing of deformed steel reinforcement - Pacca brick work with cement sand mortar - Providing and fixing G.I frames for doors and windows - Cement plastering and concrete brick or stone ballast - Laying floors with glazed tiles and Verona marble flooring - Fixing ornamental cement jalli and marble tiles - Providing and fixing iron/steel grills and stainless steel staircase railing - Waterproofing membrane application over roof - Surface preparation and painting with matt finish and weather coat - Providing and fixing sanitary fittings including W.C. pans, lavatory basins, taps, stop cocks, pipes, valves, and fiber glass tanks The technical scope covers all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the completion of the works as per the specifications and drawings provided. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE-10 for works above Rs. 4 million, be on the active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR or SRB, and meet the minimum qualification criteria including financial turnover and experience in similar works. A bid security of 5% of the bid amount in the form of Call Deposit is required. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Larkano near High Court Building, CMC Road Larkano by the deadline notified in the NIT. The contract completion period is 12 months from the written order to commence. Liquidated damages of 0.05% per day of delay apply up to a maximum of 10% of the contract sum.
