Construction of Paver Block from Otaque of Muhammed Sadique to Otaque of Foji Ashique Ali Lund for Village Wali Dad Lund Ward No 03

The Town Committee Setharja in Khairpur, Sindh, is procuring construction works for the development of a paver block from Otaque of Muhammed Sadique to Otaque of Foji Ashique Ali Lund for Village Wali Dad Lund Ward No 03. This project is part of the annual procurement plan for the financial year 2025-2026 and involves civil construction activities including cement concrete brick or stone ballast, plain cement concrete, hard murrum, and fixing cement paving blocks with specified strength and natural colors. The technical scope covers the execution of paving blocks flooring with dimensions 197 x 97 x 60 mm, laid over a 2-inch thick bed of hill sand or stone dust, compacted and finished as per PWD/PHE specifications. The work duration is 12 months from the written order to commence. Contractors must ensure the use of materials from approved quarries and comply with all specifications and conditions outlined in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC where applicable, active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, a minimum of five years relevant experience with at least one similar project of 80% estimated cost or two projects of 50% each, and a turnover of at least PKR 4 million over the last five years. Bidders must submit a 5% earnest money as bid security in the form of pay order, bank draft, or CDR. The bid validity period is 90 days. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chairman Town Committee Setharja.
