Construction of P.C.C Road for Residences of D1 & D2 Houses at JariKas Campus, MUST Mirpur AJ&K

Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur AJ&K, is inviting open tenders for civil works on scheduled rates as prescribed. The tender submission deadline is **31st August 2026 at 11:00 a.m.** in the office of Director of Works, Umer Bin Khatab Boys Hostel, JariKas Campus, MUST, Mirpur. Items being procured: - Construction of P.C.C Road for Residences of D1 & D2 Houses at JariKas Campus, MUST, Mirpur AJ&K - Weather Shield for Work Site The technical scope includes construction of a plain cement concrete road and provision of weather shield at the specified campus site. Registered constructors/firms with PWD AJ&K and Pakistan Engineering Council for FY 2025-26 are eligible to participate. Registration with Mirpur University of Science & Technology, Mirpur AJ&K, is mandatory. Firms with unsatisfactory performance, litigation history, or blacklisted status are not eligible. Tender documents can be obtained before 27th August 2026 during working hours upon submission of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 per tender. Earnest money in the form of CDR must be deposited in favor of Director Works, MUST, Mirpur AJ&K from any scheduled bank. Income Tax, E. Cess, and all other taxes will be collected according to the prevailing laws of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
