Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Badber Peshawar invites sealed tenders for the construction of road, street and allied works at Away to Canal Road Peshawar. This re-tender is based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual) and Non MRS-items for the mentioned project. The procurement follows the Single Stage- Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014 14(2b) through the EPADS platform.

The project involves civil works including road construction and allied infrastructure at the specified location in Peshawar. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC, Local Council Board, and KPPRA, enlisted with the C&W Department, and have active status with FBR as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27. A 2% Earnest Money amounting to Rs. 400,000/- is required.
Bidders must submit their bids through EPADS in two sealed envelopes: one containing the Technical Proposal and the other the Financial Bid, clearly marked accordingly. The bids should be addressed to the Office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Badber, Main Kohat Road, near Ring Road Flyover, Garhi Qamar Din, Peshawar. The last date and time for submission of electronic tender forms is **14-09-2026 at 12:30 PM**. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM.
