Tender Description
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids for the construction of PCC Street No 19 located at Awan Town Qasimabad, Rawalpindi Cantt. This procurement is for original works planned for the financial year 2026–2027 under tender reference P141966. The project involves demolition of existing plain cement concrete and providing and laying PCC with 3000 psi compressive cylindrical strength as specified for roads and hard standings. Items being procured:
- Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete (57 Cum)
- Providing and laying PCC with 3000 psi compressive cylindrical strength (105.91 Cum)
The scope includes use of crushed stone, formwork (steel), and finishing the surface even and fair but not smooth. The work site is opposite AWT Plaza The Mall Saddar, Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by 22 October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. PEC category and FBR/ATL registration are required along with relevant past experience and financial capacity. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract duration is 27 days from commencement. Technical bids will be evaluated on criteria including similar completed works, financial capacity, key personnel, equipment availability, and satisfactory past performance.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and visit the site to assess conditions. Submission of bids must be through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.
