Supply and Installation of DWSS Sub-Schemes in Lakki Marwat City

The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Lakki Marwat invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the supply and installation of various Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) under the ADP scheme '420245-Solarization of Tubewells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa' for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for works in Lakki Marwat city, focusing on improving water supply infrastructure. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above (CE-10 / EE-11 / CE-09), enlisted with the Local Council Board (LCB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and inclusion on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 600,000) must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in the name of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Lakki Marwat. Bids must be submitted electronically via the official Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-PADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Physical or offline bids without system registration will be rejected. The bid submission deadline is up to 11:00 AM on 13 October 2026, with online bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents at the committee room of TMA Lakki Marwat. Hard copy original CDRs must reach the TMA office before the deadline.
