Distribution and Construction of Water Supply Schemes in Gumbat and Ara Khel Jawaki

The PHE Department (Kohat Division) Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through E-PADS from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on a single stage single envelope procedure for important water supply works in Kohat. The bidder must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization enlisted with Provincial Works Departments. Adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personal capabilities, and required equipment are mandatory as included in the ITB. Relevant PEC registration code is compulsory for all bidders. Items being procured: - Distribution of WSS at different places of Gumbat under CSR (OGDCL) - Extension of Drinking Water Supply Scheme Khader Khel Gumbat under CSR (OGDCL) - Construction of Drinking Water Supply Bandi Dhock Bilitang under CSR (MOL) - Construction of Water Supply Scheme Khushal Garh #02 under CSR (MOL) - DWSS Ara Khel Jawaki (under ASDI programme) These works involve distribution and construction of water supply schemes at various locations in Gumbat and Ara Khel Jawaki, under CSR programs of OGDCL and MOL, and ASDI programme. The projects require experienced contractors with PEC registration code CE-09 for civil works. Bidders must attach photocopies of CNIC, valid PEC Registration Certificate, Enlistment Certificate, and Active Taxpayer Certificate of FBR and KPRA with each bidding document and upload on E-PADS. The bid security in the form of CDR and duty must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (14)/Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated May 10th, 2022 in a sealed envelope before the closing time to the office of the undersigned. The last date and time for submission is 06-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders failing to meet specified conditions or submitting incomplete documents will be liable to rejection. The tender notice is also available on the E-Pads website kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bid security, additional security instruments, and rate analysis (if applicable) shall be uploaded on E-Pads. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents including PEC registration and tax certificates are complete and uploaded timely on the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification.
