Construction of Playground at MTI MMC/BKMC Mardan

The Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex (MMC) in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting bids for the construction of a playground at its premises. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and recreational facilities for the institution, which serves the healthcare needs of the region. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) by 30th June 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block at MTI MMC Mardan. Physical submission of bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, or Banker’s Cheque amounting to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all mandatory documents, including the bid security and technical bid, are complete and uploaded correctly on the EPADS system before the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions are liable to be rejected. Careful attention to the KPPRA notification and compliance with all terms will improve the chances of a successful bid.
