Construction of Playgrounds Up-Gradation and Rehabilitation of Sports Facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Items being procured: - Construction of Playground at UC Kandar Distt Mardan - Construction of Playground at Qasmi Tehsil Katlang District Mardan - Playground at Ghs Gujrat District Mardan - Improvement and Rehabilitation of Playground at Mayar Distt Mardan - Construction of Playground at Nathyagali Abbottabad - Improvement and Rehabilitation of Playground at Ghss Dobian Distt Swabi - Rehabilitation & Improvement of Playground at Govt Degree College Battagram - Construction of Padel Court at Governor House Peshawar - Construction of Playground at Hibat Gram Tana, Swat - Construction of Playground at Madyan District Swat - Restoration/Rehabilitation of Playground at Barawal, District Upper Dir - Establishment of Playground at Barian Pattan Kalan Abbottabad - Upgradation, Rehabilitation and Allied Sports Infrastructure Works at Hayatabad Sports Complex, Peshawar - Rehabilitation of Playground at Tendoada Lower Peshawar The scope includes civil works for playground construction and rehabilitation, ensuring compliance with PEC registration requirements (C5 & Above, C4 & Above, or C8 & Above categories as specified per lot). Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and hold active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Technical and financial bids will be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system. The bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as per the engineer's estimate and other required documents. The deadline for submission of technical bids is 07 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening on the same day at 02:00 PM or later as specified per lot. Financial bids will be opened after approval of technical bids on 08 October 2026. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all tender conditions.
