Metalling of Road University of Baltistan (04 Km)

The Office of the Executive Engineer Communication & Works Department B&R Division Skardu invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for the metalling of road at University of Baltistan covering a length of 04 kilometers. This tender is issued under the authority of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) as per letter No. Sec-SO-D-9(18)/2026 dated 14th September 2026. Items being procured: - Metalling of road University of Baltistan (04 Km) The estimated cost for this work is Rs. 131.959 Million with a bid security of Rs. 3.958 Million. The tender form cost is Rs. 14,000. The work requires registration with PEC for the financial year 2026-27 with relevant code and category, renewal receipt from GB & CW Department, and latest profile of the contractors/firm/JV from PEC website. Mandatory certificates regarding 'No Sick Scheme' and 'No Litigation' must be provided on production of challan of Rs. 5000/- each. The bid security must be submitted in the shape of CDR from any scheduled bank. Only single bidders or JV partners are allowed. The bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 14,000 in shape of Treasury Challan duly passed by the Treasury Officer / NBP Skardu Branch. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chairman Bid Evaluation Committee/Superintending Engineer GB PWD Skardu/Shigar Circle Skardu on 25th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted by 02-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. No bid shall be accepted beyond the closing time.
