Supply and Installation of Tubewells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by Tehsil Municipal Administration Lakki Marwat

The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Lakki Marwat invites electronic bids (E-bids) through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) on a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the supply and installation of tubewells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the ADP scheme '240245 – Solarization of Tubewells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa' for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - DWSS in area NC-1 No.06, at Main Lari Adda Near Over Head Tank Lakki City - DWSS in area NC-1 No.08, Near Children Park TMA Lakki Marwat, Lakki City - DWSS in area NC-4 No.21, at Mohalla Seed Khel Lakki City - DWSS in area NC-4 No.22, at Khabir Khan Play Ground Lakki City - DWSS in area NC-2 No.04, at Toti Abad Main Main Wali Road Lakki City - DWSS in area NC-2 No.13, at Mohalla Gull Wali Abad Lakki City The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of tubewells as per the approved ADP scheme and administrative approval letter No. PO (LG)/1-6/PDWP/AA/2025-26 dated 04-05-2026. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with codes EE-11 (Solar Energy), CE-10, and CE-09 (Water Supply), and must have active registration with Local Council Board (LCB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in the name of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Lakki Marwat. Bidders quoting up to 10% below the engineer's estimate must submit 2% bid security, those quoting more than 10% and up to 20% below must submit 8% additional security, and those quoting more than 20% below must submit additional security equal to the differential amount along with a detailed rate analysis. Bids must be submitted electronically via the official Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-PADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual, physical, or offline bidding without system registration and online submission is strictly prohibited and will be rejected. The bid submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 13 October 2026, with online bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of participating contractors or their authorized agents at the committee room of TMA Lakki Marwat.
