Construction of precast wall from K block towards C block of residential colony TPS Guddu

The Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL), GENCO-II, TPS Guddu, located in Kashmore, Sindh, is procuring civil works for the construction of a precast wall from K block towards C block of the residential colony TPS Guddu. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted under the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Excavation PCC 1:4:8 - Brick Foundation PCC 1:2:4 (1-1/2 x 1-1/2 x 2) ft for fixing precast columns - Providing and fixing precast concrete columns 10 feet height (2 feet buried underground, 8 feet above road level) - Providing and fixing precast concrete slabs 8 feet x 1 feet x 2 feet - Length of wall: 5500 ft - Height of wall: 8 ft The technical scope includes excavation and foundation works with PCC mixes, installation of precast concrete columns and slabs to form a boundary wall. The wall is designed to enhance security by structural strengthening, increasing height, and providing a double barrier to bifurcate the colony and reduce the high security zone area. The rate per square foot for all works is Rs 600 excluding tax. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes CE-09 or CE-10, possess valid NTN, CNIC, and FBR registration, and submit a 3% Call Deposit as bid security.
