Construction of precast wall and main gate at TPS Guddu residential colony

The CPGCL, GENCO-II, TPS Guddu (Generation Holding Company Limited (GHCL)) invites bids for the construction of a precast wall and main gate at the residential colony TPS Guddu located in Kashmore, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance security arrangements for Chinese technical staff residing within the colony. The project involves two main sections: construction of a precast wall from gate No.2 towards the rest house for barricading the colony (Section No.01) and construction of the main gate No.01 dedicated for Chinese personnel at the residential colony (Section No.02). Items being procured: - Construction of precast concrete columns 10 feet height with 2 feet buried underground and 8 feet above road level - Precast concrete slabs 8 feet x 1 feet x 2 feet length - Excavation and foundation work including PCC 1:4:8 and brick foundation - Construction of main gate No.01 with blast control and emergency specifications - Filling and compacting soil, earth, and boulders behind retaining walls - Cement concrete plain in ratios 1:4:8 and 1:2:4 - Under vehicle inspection facility The technical scope includes excavation, foundation laying, fixing precast columns and slabs, and construction of a Grade A gate with 14 gauge steel at the main entrance. The wall height is 8 feet with a length of 4592 feet from gate No.02 towards the rest house. The main gate will be constructed with blast control and emergency specifications as per drawings. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under specialized codes CE-09 or CE-10, possess valid NTN, CNIC, and FBR registration, and submit a 3% Call Deposit as bid security. Experience in similar projects, especially in chemical industries, and PEC registration are mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days, and bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by July 22, 2026, 02:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The submission deadline is strict, and bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements including bid security and technical documentation. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 02:30 PM via EPADS. The contract will be awarded based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) criteria.
