Items being procured: - Construction of Proposed Commissioner's House, Uthal Lasbela Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be present on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan or Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed 3 similar works each costing not less than Rs. 18,142,830 or 2 works each costing not less than Rs. 27,214,245 or 1 work costing not less than Rs. 36,285,660 in the last 3 years, showing financial capacity. Bid security of Rs. 1500 PKR and 4% bid security is mandatory. Bids must accompany bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 4% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
