The scope includes transformer repairs, sewerage system upgrades, boundary wall construction, and specialized installations at various military and associated facilities. Eligible firms must hold valid MES Enlistment Certificates (Category 'A' to 'D'), PEC registration valid up to 30 June 2027, and an active Income Tax Registration Certificate. They should also provide a list of completed and ongoing works to demonstrate capability. Tenders will be issued only to pre-qualified firms and contractors. Completed tenders must be received by the Additional Chief Engineer 5 Corps office by **26 November 2026** till **1130 hours** and will be opened at **1200 hours** on the same day. Firms may attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
