Construction and Provision of Missing Facilities in Existing Schools of District Naushahro Feroze

The Education Works Division Naushahro Feroze invites eligible contractors and firms for the construction, reconstruction, and provision of missing facilities in existing schools across District Naushahro Feroze. This tender covers seven school units with a total estimated cost of approximately **PKR 41.59 million**. The schools involved are GPELS Pano Solangi (Bhirla), GBPS Gulan Khan Chandio (Moro), GBPS Salin Bux Mastol (Moro), GBMS Koure-ja-Bhan (Naushahro Feroze), GBPS Meer Muhammad Chandio (Naushahro Feroze), GBPS Jan Muhammad Tagar (Naushahro Feroze), and GBPS Abrar Hussain Chandio (Naushahro Feroze). The contract duration is 24 months for each site. The work will be executed at multiple locations within the district, requiring coordination and compliance with quality standards. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in the relevant category and demonstrate experience in similar works with at least 80% of the estimated cost in one contract or 50% in two contracts over the last five years. Firms must also have FBR registration, ATL listing, and audited financial reports for the last three years. ISO certifications 9001, 14001, and 45001 are required for quality, environmental, and safety management. The tender documents are available online via the SPPRAs e-procurement system (EPADS) and bids must be submitted electronically by 24 August 2026 at 09:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 09:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Earnest money of 5% and a tender fee are required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from scheduled banks.
