The project completion period is twelve months from contract award, with a kick-off meeting within ten working days and submission of detailed baseline schedules and shop drawings within fourteen days. Bidders are advised to thoroughly review the tender documents, including BOQ, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria, which allocate 70% weightage to technical and 30% to financial evaluation.
