Construction of RCC Pile Foundation of Steel Tubular Poles for 132 KV D/C T/Line F/F 132 KV Grid Station Quaid-e-Azam Business Park-II Lot-I

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites experienced and eligible contractors for the construction of RCC pile foundation of steel tubular poles (types SPD, SPG, SPA & SPBM) for 132 KV D/C transmission line feeding 132 KV Grid Station Quaid-e-Azam Business Park-II (Lot-I) in Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and is specific to Lahore city in Punjab province. The scope includes drilling 1600/915 mm diameter boreholes using reverse rotary drilling rigs, concreting under water with tremie, supply and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement steel, fixing foundation bolts, excavation, and reinforced cement concrete work for roof slabs, beams, and other structural members. The work requires PEC license in Civil Engineering category C-5 & above and technical category CE-02, with experience of at least two similar works each valued at Rs. 26 million in the last 10 years. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have an average annual turnover of Rs. 78 million for the last two years. The bid security amount is Rs. 1,046,077 and must be submitted physically before the deadline. The submission deadline is Monday, May 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM through EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
