Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Larkano, Sindh, through the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, for the construction and re-construction of existing 3-classroom primary schools affected by the 2022 rain and flood disaster. The project covers two units in District Larkano, including GGPS Samtia and GBPS Rustam Bhand, with an estimated cost of PKR 33.314 million. The scope includes civil works such as RCC slabs, brickwork, plastering, flooring, compound walls, water supply, sanitary fittings, and electrification works. Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above with specialization codes EE04, CE09, and CE10, and possess a valid electrical license from the Government of Sindh. Compliance with Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List (ATL) is mandatory. The tender requires submission of technical and financial bids via the EPAD online portal, with a bid validity of 90 days. The bid security is fixed at PKR 1.665 million, and the tender fee is PKR 5,000.
