Contractors must be registered with PEC in Category C5 or above with specialization codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10. Valid registration with FBR (NTN) and KPRA (PST) is mandatory. Centralized enlistment with C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is required. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as CDR or Pay Order in favor of Assistant Director (Sr.) LG&RDD Bajaur. Bids will be submitted electronically via EPADS portal by 04-09-2026 at 11:30 hrs with opening at 12:00 hrs the same day. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17-08-2026 at 02:00 pm. Online clarifications accepted until 03-09-2026 05:00 pm. Bidders quoting up to 10% below engineer estimates must submit 2% bid security. Those quoting 10-20% below must submit additional 8% security. Bids more than 20% below require detailed rate analysis and additional security. Non-compliance leads to disqualification. Bids remain valid for 120 days.
