Construction and Rehabilitation of College Boundary Wall and Repair and Maintenance of Washrooms at IBACC Jacobabad

Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the construction and rehabilitation of the college boundary wall and repair and maintenance of washrooms at IBACC Jacobabad. The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works such as dismantling, excavation, concrete works, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plastering, and fencing. Plumbing works cover excavation for tanks, sanitary fixtures like washbasins, sinks, showers, towel rails, W.C. pans, valves, HDPE pipes, UPVC soil and waste pipes, and septic tank cleaning. The project requires adherence to specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities with a defect liability period of 6 months.
