Construction, Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in District Kurram Upper, Kurram Lower and Orakzai, Sub Division Kohat

The Communication and Work Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids from eligible firms registered with PEC and compliant with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 for construction, rehabilitation, and widening of BT roads in District Kurram Upper, Kurram Lower, and Orakzai under Sub Division Kohat. The works are divided into multiple packages covering various road sections and sub-schemes under the Kohat Area Development Project and District Development Plan funds. Items being procured: - Package I: Construction and rehabilitation of Main Jawaki to Kazim Khel Sheen Dand Road & Main Jawaki to Molayan Kaly Road & Causeway at Turki Ismail TSD Kohat - Package II: (a) Construction and rehabilitation of Main Jawaki to Ghareeba Road Kohat (b) Construction of Shoukat Talab PCC Road TSD Kohat - Package III: Construction of Shini Kaly PCC Road and Causeway at Zarghun Khel & PCC Road at Germany Kaly & PCC Road and Drain Darra Bazar & Tor Chapper Road TSD Kohat - Sub Schemes under Kohat Area Development Project: Construction/Rehabilitation of Road at Pk-92 District Kohat including Reconstruction/Rehab of Bahawalagar Road District Kohat and Ghari Doult Shah to Ghamkol Camp#2 Chowk Road District Kohat - Change of Sub-Schemes under District Development Plan funds: PCC Streets, Drain, Culverts and Causeways at Tehsil Gumbat, Togh-I, Sheikhan, Bazid Khel and Dhoda - Widening of Jawaki to Guzdarra Main Road (32 KMs) (ER) (AIP) ADP No. 195287 (2025-26) including balance works of Km 34, 35, 36, 38.5 and Km 41.5, 42, 43, 44 The technical scope includes civil works for road construction, rehabilitation, widening, PCC road works, drainage, culverts, and causeways. The projects are located in various sub-divisions of Kohat and surrounding districts. The contractor must be registered with PEC in category C-4 & above or C-6 & above as specified per package. Active FBR registration and compliance with KPPRA rules are mandatory. Experience in similar road infrastructure projects is required. The last date for submission of bids is **13-08-2026 at 12:00 hours** with technical bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders must submit their bids through the E-PADS system and original bid securities in hard form to the office of Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Kohat before closing time. Earnest Money and CDR as per tender requirements must be included. Pre-bid meeting for floated works will be held on 10-08-2026.
