Construction and Rehabilitation of Offices at District Level Offices / Residences at Mani Khawa District Sherani

The Executive Engineer III Provincial B&R Sherani invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction and rehabilitation of offices at district level offices and residences at Mani Khawa, District Sherani for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates at 20.23% percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction and Rehabilitation of Offices at District Level Offices / Residences (Construction of proposed District Complex at Mani Khawa District Sherani) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in active tax payer list, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, completion of at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 63,761,637 in subsequent previous years showing financial capacity. The firm must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category CE10 (General Civil Engineering Works) or CE11 (Construction of Roads). Each project must have at least 90% similar work and cost at least 80% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidders must provide Green Challan and System Generated BPPRA Challan. CDR and bid security must accompany the bid in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call of 3% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. The last date of bid submission is 18 November 2026 by 09:00 AM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM on EPPS system.
