Construction and Rehabilitation of Streets and Drains in Chakwal

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered Contractors, Firms, and Companies for the execution of the following Development Schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) in Chakwal city. Items being procured: - Construction of Street from H/O Shaukat Nawaz to Main Nullah Culvert (Abu Zer Colony), Basti Malangan, MC Chakwal (Rs. 3.000 Million) - Construction of Streets and Drains, Moh. Christian, H/O Danial Butt to Main Nullah and Street Shehzad, MC Chakwal (Rs. 5.000 Million) - Construction of Street and Drains from Main Road Dr. Pharmacy to H/O Ch. Javed and Main Road Kemal Zahid to H/O Malik Usman, Than Road, MC Chakwal (Rs. 5.630 Million) - Re-Construction of Street Main Pindi Road from U-Bank to H/O Ch. Banaras and Main Pindi Road to Forward Pindi Road, Mal. Usmanabad, MC Chakwal (Rs. 7.000 Million) - Construction of Street from Main Road to M/O Mubashir (Jhumat Street), Main Road to H/O Abdullah Tariq (Faisalabad), Malik Khalid to Shahid (Lahori), MC Chakwal (Rs. 6.000 Million) The scope includes construction and rehabilitation of streets and drains in various localities of Chakwal under the supervision of Municipal Committee Chakwal. The works must be executed strictly according to the sanctioned estimates, technical sanction, specifications, BOQ, contract agreement, and instructions of the competent authority. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be duly registered with relevant authorities including PEC, FBR, PRA, and Punjab e-Procurement System, and possess valid NTN/TNNT and Active Taxpayer Status. Bidders must upload a valid PEC Constructor License for 2026 with the relevant specialization and category covering the scheme's estimated cost. Bid Security/Earnest Money shall be 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme in the prescribed form and manner. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 30.09.2026 up to 11:00 AM. Opening of bids will be on 30.09.2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Non-responsive bids, conditional, incomplete, late, misleading, or not accompanied by valid Bid Security shall be rejected. Technical and financial documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed. Additional Performance Security, where applicable, shall be deposited in accordance with the Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules, 2017. Taxes and statutory duties shall be borne by the bidder as per prevailing government rules.
