Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh invites bids/tenders for the construction of Abshar Shahbaz Chowk in Toba Tek Singh. This procurement is conducted under PPRA E-Tendering system and relevant PPRA Rules (amended and updated) and LGW Rules 2027. The project involves civil construction work at the specified chowk.

Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and registered on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk). Bid documents are available on the E-PAD System and PPRA Website. Bidders are required to attach/upload an earnest money CDR of 5% of the estimated bid cost and all rates against items of work on the same website up to half an hour before the opening date and time of tenders/bids. Original CDR must be submitted to the Opening Committee half an hour before the opening of bids.
The procuring agency will accept or reject bids as per PPRA Rule-35. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually. If the lowest bidder is more than 5% below the estimated cost, additional performance security from the schedule bank under the PPRA Rules and Punjab Procurement Rules will be required.
The advertisement has been uploaded on PPRA website on 2026-09-04 and on EPAD on the same date. Bidders must submit bids through the E-bids system on the E-Procurement System (EPADS) website https://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The E-bids will be received as per single stage single envelope procedure.
The E-bid submission date and time is 2026-09-28 at 11:00 AM and the opening date and time is 2026-09-28 at 01:00 PM. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline and not wait for the last date and time to avoid any issues. Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh shall not be responsible for any issues related to bid submission on E-PADS portal.
