Construction and Rehabilitation of Streets, Drains, and Roads in Various UCs and Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir, Gujrat

LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for the construction and rehabilitation of streets, drains, nullahs, and roads in various union councils and the Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir, Gujrat. This procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-27 and requires contractors to be duly enlisted and renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Items being procured: - Construction rehabilitation of streets, drains and nullah and construction / rehabilitation of roads in old gujran, UCs Bhagwal and Guliana (Rs. 11.416 million) - Construction of streets, drains/nullah and construction / rehabilitation of roads in UC Aach and UC Dallawarpur (Rs. 10.000 million) - Construction of streets, drains/nullah and construction / rehabilitation of roads in Me Kidwana, UC Marala and UC Dhanuri (Rs. 25.000 million) - Construction of streets, drains/nullah and construction / rehabilitation of roads in UC Langrial and UC Kotla (Rs. 15.000 million) - Construction of streets, drains/nullah and construction / rehabilitation of roads in Mand-Bhallowal and UC Bhagowal (Rs. 10.248 million) - Construction of streets, drains, nullah and construction / rehabilitation of roads in Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir (Rs. 20.280 million) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works for the rehabilitation and construction of urban infrastructure, focusing on improving drainage and road connectivity in the specified areas. Bidders must submit a 5% Earnest Money in the form of a Digital Bank Guarantee via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only electronic bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted; physical submissions are not allowed. Bids will be opened electronically on 16-09-2024 at 12:30 PM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders are advised to ensure their PEC registration is valid for the current financial year and to prepare their Digital Bank Guarantee well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
