Construction and Renovation of BHUs and RHCs in Sindh by PPHI Sindh

PPHI Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for construction, repair, and renovation of buildings across multiple districts in Sindh. The works involve construction and renovation of Basic Health Units (BHUs) and Rural Health Centers (RHCs) in various districts including Tando Muhammad Khan, Matiari, Badin, Tharparkar, Kamber, Jacobabad, Kashmore, Larkana, Ghotki, Shikarpur, Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Thatta, and Sujawal. Contractors must have PEC registration in Category C-6 or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience and a minimum turnover of Rs. 45 million over the last three years verified by bank statements. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government or PPHI Sindh and must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order. Tender documents are available from the PPHI Head Office in Karachi from 14-09-2026 to 29-09-2026 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm upon payment of the tender fee via pay order in favor of PPHI Sindh Income. Sealed bids must be submitted to the PPHI Head Office by 30-09-2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of authorized representatives.
