Replacement of Burnt HT Cable and D-Link Set and Repair, Maintenance, Renovation and Upgrade Works at AM College Rawalpindi

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for important repair and replacement works at AM College Rawalpindi. The works include replacement of burnt HT cable and D-Link set near Ayub Auditorium and faulty TWs Girls Hostel at AM College Rawalpindi with an estimated cost of Rs. 2.762 Million. Additionally, repair, maintenance, renovation, and upgrade works of B&R / E&M at PEMH, AFIC-NIHD, AFIO, AFIRI, AFIMH, AFIT, and AM College are also included with an estimated cost up to Rs. 3.999 Million. Items being procured: - Replacement of Burnt HT Cable & D-Link Set near Ayub Auditorium - Repair, Maintenance, Renovation, and Upgrade works of B&R / E&M at PEMH, AFIC-NIHD, AFIO, AFIRI, AFIMH, AFIT, AM College Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials. Only firms with sufficient experience and meeting special conditions will be issued tender documents. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D, and E with relevant experience are eligible. Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The tender must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 25 September 2026, and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
