Tender Description
Municipal Committee Kallar Syedan invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms duly registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) 2026-27, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), having Active Taxpayer Status, for the execution of Maintenance & Repair Development Schemes for FY 2026–2027 based on MRS 2nd Biannual 2026 (District Rawalpindi).
Items being procured:
- Construction of 'I LOVE KALLAR SYEDAN' MC Kallar Syedan (Cost: 3.028 Million PKR, Bid Security: 151400 PKR)
- Renovation of Public Washroom MC Kallar Syedan (Cost: 4.004 Million PKR, Bid Security: 202000 PKR)
- Construction of Wall Maarka-e-Haq MC Kallar Syedan (Cost: 4.833 Million PKR, Bid Security: 241650 PKR)
- Construction of Monument Shaheen Chowk, MC Kallar Syedan (Cost: 2.000 Million PKR, Bid Security: 100000 PKR)
The procurement includes construction and renovation works at various sites within Kallar Syedan. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) by 30-09-2026 up to 10:00 AM. Bid security and performance guarantees must be submitted electronically as per EP System requirements. Bidders are required to quote rates against each item of DNIT/BOQs. Procurement will strictly follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and PPRA guidelines. Failure to comply with earnest money requirements will lead to bid rejection and legal action.
