Construction and Renovation Works for Various Schemes in Awaran District

The Local Government Department Awaran invites sealed tenders from approved firms, contractors, and suppliers for various construction and renovation works under the BSDI Program for the financial year 2026-2027. These tenders are percentage rate based as per the composite schedule of rates 2026 and follow BPPRA rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction of Joint Response Center phase II Chedgal Awaran - Construction of waling Area Nondara Jahoo District Awaran - Construction of waling Area Nali Mashkay District Awaran - Construction of waling Area Malar District Awaran - Renovation & Uplifting of Gajjar Town Park Mashkay - Construction of Police Post Hore Bazar Gishkore Awaran - Uplifting of Cricket Ground Gishkore Awaran - Construction of Police Post Pirandar Gazzi Awaran - Cleaning & De-Silting of karazes of Mashkay Nokjo District Awaran including Shingari, Nokjo I, Chunuk-4, Nokjo IV, Asayab, Shadzanzi, Gareebabad, Shadzani, Raees Khuda Dad (Mosque), Dil Murad Rindak, Pugzai Jamma Masjid, Rindak 2 Nokjo - CCA Protection ditch These works involve civil construction, renovation, uplifting of public parks, police posts, and cleaning and de-silting of karazes in various locations within Awaran district. The projects require experienced contractors with valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council and tax authorities including NTN and sales tax certificates. Tender documents will be issued from the date of NIT publication up to 8th August 2026 upon presentation of requisite documents. The tenders must be submitted by 25/08/2026 at 10:00 AM to the Assistant Director Local Government Department Awaran. The opening of tenders will be on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the tender procurement/evaluation committee and contractors/bidders at the office of the Assistant Director Local Government Awaran. Earnest money of 2% is required for each tender. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders subject to BPPRA Rules 2014. In case of emergency or holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day under the same terms and conditions.
