Tender Description
The Office of the Executive Engineer LG&RD District Ghanche invites bids from well reputed and experienced contractors, firms, or joint ventures with valid PEC registration renewed for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for construction and repair works of link roads and beautification projects in Ghanche district, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured:
- Construction of Link Road Ameer Abad Nallah & Ameer Abad Chorbat
- Improvement/Construction of Link Road at Farol & Talam Thogmos Chorbat
- Improvement/Construction of Link Road Hassanabad Nallah & Kumik Chorbat
- Complete Repair/Modification of CG-7 (GLT-A 1467) Govt. Vehicle into 3 door Parado for AEE LG&RD Khaplu
- Beautification of Khaplu City
- Construction of Community Hall Nasirabad (Markez Dinis) Khaplu
The technical scope includes civil construction of link roads, road improvements, vehicle repair/modification, and urban beautification works. The projects require contractors with relevant PEC category and code for the financial year 2026-27, along with renewal receipt of registration with LG&RD. Bidders must provide CNIC, litigation and block listing certificates, and an affidavit of no delayed projects duly attested by a 1st Class Magistrate. Earnest money must be submitted as a CDR in the name of EE LG&RD Ghanche.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer LG&RD District Ghanche office upon submission of application and non-refundable fee. The tender fee must be paid through Treasury challan with proper remittance details. The closing date for submission is 1st September 2026 by 11:00 AM for most works and 2:00 PM for others, with opening shortly after. Bids must be submitted in person or by authorized representative with original power of attorney.
