Construction, Repair, Maintenance and Provision of Bazar Supply TC/DC of Miscellaneous Buildings in AOR of GE (A) Rwp-II

The Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms by the Garrison Engineer (Army) Rawalpindi-II for construction, repair, maintenance, and provision of bazar supply TC/DC of miscellaneous buildings within the Area of Responsibility of GE (A) Rawalpindi-II. The contractors are required to submit their applications along with complete credentials for scrutiny. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting special conditions for the job and area will be issued tender documents. Items being procured: - Construction works - Repair works - Maintenance works - Provision of Bazar Supply TC/DC for Miscellaneous Buildings The tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors. The tender must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hrs on 15 Oct 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same date. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with any government department and no adverse report from the Director of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D, and E may apply. Contractors who desire may be present at the time of tender opening. Interested parties can contact the office of the Garrison Engineer (Army) Rawalpindi-II from 0800 to 1500 hours on all working days for further details. Firms not on the approved MES list must furnish a certificate with details of work executed during the last two years and those currently in hand as per the provided proforma. Bidders are advised to ensure their PEC registration and prepare all required documentation carefully to avoid disqualification. Timely submission before the deadline is critical to participate in this tender.
