Construction, Repair, Maintenance and Supply Works for Garrison Engineer (Army) Rwp-II

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various construction, repair, maintenance, and supply works under the Garrison Engineer (Army) Rwp-II in Rawalpindi. The scope includes construction, repair, maintenance, and supply of bazaar items for TC / DC of miscellaneous buildings within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of GE (Army) Rwp-II. Items being procured: - Construction works - Repair works - Maintenance works - Bazaar supply for TC / DC of miscellaneous buildings Contractors are required to submit complete credentials and demonstrate sufficient experience and capability to meet the job requirements. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D, and E are eligible to apply. Contractors not registered with PEC will be considered ineligible. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide a certificate along with details of work executed in the last two years. The tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors. The tender submission deadline is 11:30 AM on 16 November 2026, with opening at 12:00 PM on the same day. Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Earnest money and other bid security requirements are implied as per PPRA rules.
