The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various repair, renovation, maintenance, and construction works under CMES (Army)-I Rawalpindi. These works include internal and external services such as electric, water, roads, and sewerage networks at multiple locations in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Items being procured: - Misc Repair / Renovation / Maintenance / Construction works including internal/external services (electric, water, roads & sewerage network) at Rawalpindi & Islamabad - Bazar Supply B&R, Electric, Water Supply & Sui Gas Items under GE (Army)-I Rwp & GE (Army) DCI - Term Contract for B&R Artificer works at various locations under GE (Army)-I Rwp & GE (Army) DCI - Term contract for internal electric, water supply and sui gas works at various locations under GE (Army)-I Rwp & GE (Army) DCI - Term contract for external/internal electric, water supply and sui gas works at various locations under GE (Army)-I Rwp & GE (Army) DCI - Term contract for periodical services and decoration works at various locations under GE (Army)-I Rwp & GE (Army) DCI The scope covers comprehensive civil and electrical maintenance and construction activities across multiple sites. Contractors must have relevant experience and satisfy special conditions for the job and area. Only scrutinized contractors will be issued tender documents. Eligibility requires registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submission of valid credentials including experience certificates for works executed in the last two years. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Earnest money and bid security conditions apply as per PPRA rules. Tender documents must be submitted to the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 12th November 2026. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 1200 hours. Contractors are advised to be present at the time of tender opening. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required certificates including PEC registration and experience details are complete and attached with the application to avoid disqualification during scrutiny.
