Construction and Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad (Phase 8)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the construction and repair of paving blocks and cement concrete blocks at various locations in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad under Phase 8. This tender is for a 12-month contract period with an estimated cost of **Rs. 2,500,000/-**. Items being procured: - Construction and repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, earthwork for road embankment, carriage of materials like stone aggregate and bricks, providing and fixing cement paving blocks with natural colors and specified strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing. The work must be executed as per the standard bidding documents of SPPRA and Hyderabad Municipal Corporation specifications. Eligible bidders must have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN and sales tax certificates, and experience of at least two similar completed works in the last two years along with two ongoing projects. Financial soundness must be demonstrated by bank statements for the last three years. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
