The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) invites sealed bids for the construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various locations in UC # 102, TMC Sachal Sarmast, Hyderabad. This tender is part of the ADP 2026-27 funded by Own Sources Fund under the policy of the Sindh Government aimed at public welfare and infrastructure improvement in the city. Items being procured: - Construction / Repair Paving Block Road and Street at Various Places in UC # 102, TMC Sachal Sarmast, HMC The scope of work includes excavation, dismantling of cement concrete, dressing and leveling of earthwork, providing and fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC works, and cement concrete plain works as per the detailed bill of quantities. The work is to be executed in a workmanlike manner following the specifications and drawings provided by the Executive Engineer (Civil), HMC. Eligible bidders must have valid NTN, PEC registration, SRB certificate, and be registered on the E-PADs platform under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order in favor of DEPOSIT FUND FOR SECURITY HMC is mandatory. The bid documents can be downloaded from the E-Pads portal. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement.
