Construction and Repair Works at Various Waqf Properties in Karachi

The Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat and Ushr Department Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for construction and repair works at various waqf properties in Karachi. This notice is published through the Sindh Electronic Procurement Portal (EPADS) and SPPRA. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and fulfill all eligibility criteria as per SPPRA rules. Items being procured: - Construction and repair works at the following waqf properties: i. Dargah Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi ii. Dargah Hazrat Syed Misri Shah iii. Dargah Hazrat Syed Mehmood Shah Ghazi iv. Dargah Hazrat Syed Noor Shah Ghazi v. Dargah Hazrat Syed Qasim Shah Ghazi vi. Dargah Hazrat Syed Shah Ghazi vii. Dargah Hazrat Syed Shah Ghazi (duplicate listing, confirm in original) viii. Dargah Hazrat Syed Shah Ghazi (duplicate listing, confirm in original) The scope includes civil works, repairs, and necessary improvements at the above sites. Contractors must have valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and provide a Bid Security of 5 percent of the bid amount in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by 15 July 2026, 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM, and financial bids at 02:30 PM. A practical tip: Ensure your bid security is exactly 5 percent of your total bid and submit all documents through the EPADS portal well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
