The works are to be completed as per CSR rates and specifications. Eligibility requires registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above, valid FBR Active Tax Payer status, and submission of Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call, or Pay Order amounting to 2.5% of the estimated cost. Bidders must also provide a CDR/Bank Guarantee or Green Challan from a scheduled bank of Pakistan.
