Construction of RO Filtration Plants in Various Locations of Tehsil Taunsa District D.G.Khan

The Punjab Public Health Engineering Department, through its Public Health Engineering Division-II in Dera Ghazi Khan, invites bids for the construction of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Filtration Plants in multiple locations within Tehsil Taunsa, District Dera Ghazi Khan for the fiscal year 2026-27. These schemes have been approved by the District Development Committee Dera Ghazi Khan and are based on rates approved by the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licensing requirements. The technical scope includes the construction of RO filtration plants at the specified locations to improve water quality and supply. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and have a valid PEC license in the relevant category. Bidders must submit a digital bid security of 5% of the estimated cost via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Manual bids are not accepted. The lowest bidder must also provide a bank guarantee of 10% of the approved bid amount within 15 days as performance security. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The deadline for bid submission is 30 June 2027. Authorized representatives may attend the office of the Commissioner, D.G. Khan Division on 19 September 2026 for bid retrieval from the eP portal.
