The technical scope covers construction of roads, sewerage lines, retaining walls, and installation of water bores across multiple phases and locations within Mansehra. The works are based on MRS 2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and non-MRS items. Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and enlisted with the C&W Department. Active NTN, KPPRA registration, and valid enlistment cards are mandatory.
