Construction of Roads and Streets in Talagang District

Municipal Committee Talagang invites sealed bids through the E-P System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors who have registered on E-PADS for the year 2026-27 (MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026, from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026) for District Talagang and N.S. The bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the required amount from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Municipal Committee Talagang. Items being procured: - Construction of PCC Road from THQ Hospital to Sports Complex Talagang - Construction of PCC Street Madrissa Jamia Saddiqa Chakwal Road Talagang - Construction of P.C.C. Street Qari Yar Muhammad Usmani & Construction of P.C.C. Street House Nayyar Abbas Madina Town Talagang & Construction of Street Mohallah Barwali - Construction of Street House Hassan Behind General Bus Stand Talagang The works involve construction of roads and streets with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 1.5 Million to Rs. 6.9 Million. Bidders must submit bids through the E-P System by 11:00 AM on 08.10.2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Municipal Committee Talagang office. Bid security must be submitted on E-P System by or before 11:00 AM on the closing date; otherwise, the tender will be canceled and considered non-responsive. Bid security will be returned after completion of evaluation. The lowest bidder shall deposit 10% additional performance security within 15 days of issuance of letter of acceptance. Performance security will be refunded after issuance of completion certificate by the Engineering Branch. Bidders must ensure bids are clear, readable, and complete. Incomplete or ambiguous bids will be rejected. Submission of fake or forged documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
