Construction of Sewerage Line and Graveyard Gate Works in Quetta by Urban Planning & Development Department

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors or firms for important civil works in Quetta city. Items being procured: - Construction of sewerage line, side drains and tuff tile in different streets of Barech Colony and adjoining area of Chalo Bawari Quetta PSDP # 5399 (Tender No: TSE-2627101208783) with an estimated cost of Rs. 30,000,000 - Construction of Catholic Graveyard gate including laying tuff tile, boundary wall pull and road at District Pishin (Tender No: TSE-2627101208803) with an estimated cost of Rs. 19,800,000 The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, amended up to date. Basic eligibility requires firms/contractors to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 & 6 or above with relevant specialized code. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer list (ATL) registration with Income Tax and presence in Active Tax Payer List in FBR. The turnover must be at least for the last three years and bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature. Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website www.bppra.org.pk. The tender processing fee of Rs. 2500/- per bid must be deposited in government treasury under account C-03870 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Last date for bid submission is 02/11/2026 by 9:00 am. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road Quetta. Tender opening will be on the same day at 9:30 am at the same office. The bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
