Improvement Widening and Dualization of B/T Road Along with Drains and Installation of Solar Street Lights from Killi Qadirabad to Mengal Cross District Nushki

The Public Works Department Balochistan invites eligible bidders for the execution of a significant road improvement project in Nushki district. The project involves the widening and dualization of the B/T road along with the construction of drainage systems and the installation of solar street lights. The specific stretch covers from Killi Qadirabad to Mengal Cross, aiming to enhance transportation infrastructure and public safety in the region. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above is mandatory, with a relevant specialized code CE09(i) for sewerage works and CE01(i) for road and pavement drainage & retaining structure. The bidder must have completed at least three similar works with a minimum amount of PKR 243,781,300 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit. Tender fee of PKR 2000 and bid security must accompany the bid. Submission of a Rs. 100 stamp affidavit and power of attorney attested by a first-class magistrate is also required.
