Tender Description
The District Council M.B.Din invites registered contractors on E-PADs and Pakistan Engineering Council for the Development Schemes of Annual Development Program 2026-27. The tender is for the construction of shops at the New Bus Stand in Mandi Bahauddin. Items being procured:
- Construction of Shops at New Bus Stand M.B.Din
The work estimate is Rs. 38,321,000 with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 1,916,050. The tender documents must be uploaded on the EPAD Dashboard by 09-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives at the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin. All procurement activities across Punjab will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal.
Contractors must follow the PPRA rules and submit genuine documents and CDRs. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. The lowest bid will be selected. Bidders offering more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security or quality assurance security as per Finance Department Letter No. RO(Tech)FD.1-2/2017 dated 16-11-2022. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposited money without further notice.
