Construction of Six Class Rooms & Separate Male/Female Toilets at Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences

The Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences in Hyderabad invites sealed bids for the construction of six classrooms and separate male/female toilets. This procurement is for civil works including site preparation, foundations, structural framework, roofing, flooring, finishes, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical installations, and external works as per approved drawings and specifications. Items being procured: - Construction of six classrooms - Separate male and female toilet facilities - Site clearance, excavation, backfilling, and compaction - Foundations, reinforced concrete, masonry, damp-proofing - Structural steel roof trusses and GI sheet cladding with insulation - Flooring with vitrified tiles, marble tiles, and granite stone - Doors including wooden double-leaf, classroom doors, washroom doors, emergency exit door - Windows including UPVC sliding windows and ventilators - Plumbing fixtures including European style W.C. pans, wash basins, PPRC pipes, valves, and water tanks - Electrical works including LED lighting, fans, wiring, distribution boards, pumps, and external lighting - External works including pathways, railings, ramps, steps, and drainage The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and testing required for a complete and functional facility. Bidders must be registered with PEC in appropriate categories, have relevant experience in educational buildings and prefabricated structures, and meet FBR/ATL requirements. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on November 2, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical bid will be evaluated on experience, financial capacity, technical staff qualifications, and construction methodology using Least Cost Based Selection.
